Our flagship service is an unlimited parts and labour maintenance contract. We guarantee that any customers who take out a timed fix service will have an engineer at their premises within 4 or 8 hours followed by a working machine within the next 4 or 8 hours.
This service is designed for customers who cannot afford for their printer to be unavailable.
Customers who take out a maintenance contract can log a call via e-mail or by phoning our call centre. They can then see their call progression through our system via their own password protected webpage or via email.
