Our flagship service is an unlimited parts and labour maintenance contract. We guarantee that any customers who take out a timed response service will have an engineer at their premises within 4 or 8 hours no matter where they are located within the UK or Ireland.
This service is designed for customers who would like the peace of mind of knowing that their printer will be repaired irregardless of the fault.
Customers who take out a maintenance contract can log a call via e-mail or by phoning our call centre. They can then see their call progression through our system via their own password protected webpage or via e-mail.
